Kaibintech dry febric wrapped v-belt are normally available in A, B, 3LK, 4LK/AK, 5LK/BK. All cross section(A, B, 3LK, 4LK/AK, 5LK/BK) are available in different color including red, gray, blue, green or at customer’s reqeust

The Fractional Horsepower V-Belts is wrapped with dry febric. So it is normally called dry fabric v belt, it is made with Kevlar cord, which are created to be stronger than standard v-belts. In a dry febric FHP v-belt, the normal rubberized fabric are replaced with the dry febric. The normal polyester cords are replaced with the much stronger Kevlar cords.

When using machinery with a back side idler, the belt takes a beating and normal belts can wear out faster. Dry febric wrapped Kevlar v-belt belts are made to last longer in these situations. Dry febric v belt are designed for use on most outdoor power equipments and agricultural equipments including garden tractors, snowblowers, lawnmowers, tillers and so on.

Kaibintech dry febric wrapped v-belts are ideally suited for backside idler and clutching drive applications. An extra dry fabric wrapped cover in addition to the Kevlar cording allows the belt to dissipate heat and last longer than standard FHP belts. FHP V-Belts are measured on the outside circumference (Example 4L400=40″OD).
