If the above inspection is normal, the damper should be further decomposed to check whether the matching clearance between the piston and the cylinder is too large, whether the cylinder is pulled or not, whether the valve seal is good, whether the valve flap and the valve seat are tightly attached, and Whether the tension spring of the vibrator is too soft or broken, and repair or repair according to the situation.
In addition, the damper will have a sounding fault in actual use, which is mainly due to the shock absorber colliding with the leaf spring, the frame or the shaft, the rubber mount is damaged or dropped, and the damper dust cylinder is deformed, and the spring is elastic. Attenuation, aging of the top rubber mount, corrosion of the dust cover boot, shrinkage of the cushion, etc., loss of the original performance. If you can’t achieve good shock absorption, reduce driving experience, reduce the service life of new shock absorbers, and lack of oil, you should find out the cause and repair it.

When the resistance frequency is 100±1mm, the resistance of the extension stroke and the compression stroke should be in accordance with the regulations.
